The Library as Your Community’s Commons

	Join the “Monday Afternoon Movie Series” each Monday from 2:45 – 4:15 p.m. for a family-friendly film. A “Tea and a Movie Matinee” is held every other month from 1 – 3 p.m. Bring a tea cup and enjoy a classic film. Check the News and Events page for more information.
	Domino players are happily playing a variety of domino games every Thursday from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
	The Mystery Readers Book Discussion group meets every third Tuesday from 2 – 3 p.m. See the News and Events page for more information.
	The fireplace sends out a warm glow from the hearth, as do the library ladies from the desk.

Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Phoenix Branch Library meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 4:15 p.m. in the Meyer Memorial Trust Community Meeting Room at the Library. Meetings and special events are posted on the Friends' bulletin board in the Library. Friends of the Phoenix Library book sales are ongoing and inventory is refreshed weekly.
