Ashland -

The Board of Directors for the Friends of the Ashland Public Library meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:15 p.m. in the Guanajuato Room at the Library. The annual meeting for members is held during the first quarter of the year at locations appropriate to the program.

Butte Falls -

Central Point -

The Central Point Friends of the Library meet the first Wednesday of alternate months at 1. p.m. in the Central Point Library.

The Friends offer books for sale in the Library. They also hold a spring and a fall book sale. For more information regarding Friends projects, please contact the Central Point Library at 541-664-3228.

Eagle Point -

The Eagle Point Friends of the Library meets at 9 A.M. on the second Friday of each month at the Eagle Point Library. We publish a newsletter every other month, and usually have a fall and spring booksale.

The Friends have an on-going booksale in the branch and books range from $.50 to $5.00.

Gold Hill -

The Gold Hill Friends of the Library meet on the first Wednesday of every month at 1 pm at the Gold Hill Branch Library, 202 Dardanelles St.

Jacksonville -

The Friends of the Jacksonville Library generally meet every month at the branch. The dates and times vary. Their Annual Book sale is held on the same weekend in September as the City of Jacksonville Garage Sale.

Medford Library -

The Board of the Friends of the Medford Library holds a business meeting September through June on the second Monday of the month from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in the Carpenter Room of the Central Library, 205 South Central Ave., Medford. Members and those interested in becoming members are welcome.

The Friends of the Medford Library have a book shop on the first level of the Central Library. Current hours are as follows:

Monday/Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Wednesday/Thursday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday/Saturday: Noon - 4 p.m.
   

Phoenix -

The Friends of the Phoenix Library Branch meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. in the Meyer Memorial Trust Community Meeting Room at the Phoenix Branch Library.

Prospect -

The Friends of the Prospect Library meets twice a year (to be determined) in the Prospect Branch Library. The friends hold a small ongoing booksale at the library.

Rogue River -

The Rogue River Friends of the Library meet on the second Tuesday of each month, except during August and December, at 9 am at the Rogue River Branch Library, 412 E. Main St.

The Friends operate a bookstore in the library which is open during regular library hours.

Ruch -

The Ruch Friends of the Library meet the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm at the Ruch Branch Library, 7919 Highway 238.  For more information contact Kaye Clayton at 541-899-1044 or go to www.forl.org.

The Friends sponsor ongoing fundraisers at the Ruch Branch. Gift books are available for sale for $1.00 to $3.50 each; sale books and most hardbacks are $0.50 each, and most paperbacks are $.25. Hand-screened t-shirts are $11.50 to $13.50; greeting cards are $1.00 to $2.00 each.

Shady Cove -

The Shady Cove Friends of the Library meet on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the Shady Cove Library.  For more information, contact Pat Brooks, President, 541-878-4810.

The Friends sponsor an ongoing booksale at the Shady Cove Branch. Most paperbacks are $.25 each and most hardback copies are $1.00 each. All children's books are $.25 each. each.

Talent -

The Talent Friends of the Library meet every fourth Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the Talent Branch Library. New members are welcome.
