Outreach To Child Care Services Jackson County Library Services provides age-appropriate books and storytimes to young children in participating daycare sites throughout Jackson County. Services are also provided to Spanish-speaking daycare sites. The Outreach to Daycare program helps set the foundation for reading and a love of books in young children by making high quality picture books accessible to children in daycare.
