Collections are located in the children's area of the Central Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Gold Hill and Rogue River Branch Libraries.

Outreach To Parent Groups

Presentations are given to parent groups on topics such as "Why Read to Your Child?," "How to Share Books," "Selecting Books for Babies and Preschool Children," "Use of the Library as a Parent Resource," and "Brain Research." Outreach To Child Care Services

Jackson County Library Services provides age-appropriate books and storytimes to young children in participating daycare sites throughout Jackson County. Services are also provided to Spanish-speaking daycare sites. The Outreach to Daycare program helps set the foundation for reading and a love of books in young children by making high quality picture books accessible to children in daycare.
