Babies in the Library

Jackson County Library Services is pleased to announce a storytime and early literacy series called Babies in the Library. This series is for prewalking babies accompanied by a caring adult. Call our FREE Dial-A-Story hotline at 541-774-6439 or 1-800-452-5021 ex. 6439 anytime, day or night, for your preschooler's own private story time. Stories are updated frequently by volunteers from the Storytelling Guild.

Storytelling Guild & Children's FestivalFred - The Children's Festival Dragon

The Storytelling Guild is a group of volunteers dedicated to serving the community by providing opportunities for children to be exposed to the magic of books and the joy of reading.

Members of the Storytelling Guild present a storytime at the Medford Library every Wednesday at 11:00 am.

The Storytelling Guild presents Dial-a-Story at 541-774-6439, available anytime, day or night, for your preschooler’s own private storytime. Stories are updated frequently.

The Storytelling Guild presents the Children's Festival in July at Britt Gardens in Jacksonville. Jackson County Library Services was a co-sponsor with the Storytelling Guild of the Children’s Festival for many years. Beginning in 2000 the Storytelling Guild began taking ever greater responsibility for the Children’s Festival.
